ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 9 Suspension System — 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 9 suspension system upgrades front and rear damping with externally adjustable Compression Damping Control Valves (CDCV) to precisely tune compression damping for street, trail crawling, and high-speed desert use. The system provides increased shock oil capacity and heat dissipation via remote reservoirs, improved alignment and front-end lift height range for proper stance and fitment of up to 35" tires, and includes billet aluminum upper control arms, sway bar drop brackets, dual-rate rear coil springs, and 2.5" remote reservoir shocks for a balanced on- and off-road driving experience.

• Fully rebuildable and re-tunable shocks for long-term serviceability and performance tuning.

The Stage 9 kit pairs vehicle-specific VS 2.5 Series remote reservoir front coilovers with 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks. Remote reservoirs increase oil volume and cooling to resist overheating and damper fade under hard use. The included CDCV units provide externally adjustable compression restriction across 10 levels. The dual-rate rear springs are scaled to provide 4" of rear lift over stock for non-TRD Sequoia models or 2" of rear lift for TRD Off-Road and TRD Pro submodels, resulting in a level stance front to rear when combined with the front lift range.

The billet upper control arms correct front-end geometry while offering on-vehicle caster and camber adjustment. The Delta Joint PRO replaces the OE ball joint with a serviceable, rebuildable joint to eliminate bind and allow full suspension articulation. Sway bar drop brackets reduce sway bar link bind to preserve free suspension movement and full wheel travel.

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Advertised lift height ranges are based on stock vehicle weight; added accessories or cargo can alter lift range.
• Most Sequoia submodels will have approximately 3–4.5" of front lift and 4" of rear lift over stock. Submodels with the TRD Off-Road Package and TRD Pro will have approximately 1–2.5" of front lift and 2" of rear lift over stock.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Load-Leveling Rear Height Control air suspension.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• Recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is required after installation.
• On some 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package, a differential drop or appropriate axle modification is recommended to avoid potential front axle damage; this is not required for TRD Pro models.
• If the vehicle is equipped with a TRD aluminum skid plate, additional skid plate provisions may be required.
• OEM wheels and tires retain fitment. Recommended aftermarket wheel offset ≈ 25 mm. Recommended tire size up to 35 x 12.50" (minor fender trimming or modifications may be required).
