ICON Stage 9 Complete Suspension System — 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia

ICON Stage 9 is a complete suspension system engineered for the 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia to improve on- and off-road performance, increase front-end lift range for larger tires, and provide adjustable compression damping for precise suspension tuning.

• Increased shock oil volume and cooling via remote reservoirs to resist overheating and damper fade under heavy use
• Billet aluminum upper control arms (UCAs) that correct front-end geometry, increase camber/caster adjustment, and improve clearance
• Serviceable, rebuildable Delta Joint PRO in UCAs to allow full bump and droop travel while reducing bind
• Sway bar drop brackets to minimize link bind and allow full wheel travel without overstressing OE components
• Dual-rate rear coil springs that combine a softer ride-rate with a firmer overload rate for comfort and bottoming resistance; yields approximately 2" rear lift on non-TRD Off-Road Sequoia or 0" rear lift on TRD Off-Road equipped vehicles
• 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks matched to the front coilovers for balanced front-to-rear control; include CDC valves with 10 compression settings and an internal Bump Zone for increased damping on hard bottom-outs
• All ICON shock absorbers in the system are fully rebuildable and re-tunable

The 2.5" coilover and shock bodies provide increased piston area and travel (up to ~40% more travel versus stock on properly configured vehicles) for improved ride quality and suspension performance in street and off-road conditions. Remote reservoirs increase oil capacity and surface area to maintain consistent damping under heavy use. The CDC valves allow fine adjustment of compression damping across a wide range of driving scenarios.

The billet UCAs restore proper suspension geometry and offer on-vehicle adjustment for camber and caster. The Delta Joint PRO is serviceable and rebuildable, enabling full articulation without sacrifice in durability. Sway bar drop brackets reduce bind in OE sway bar links so the suspension can move more freely through its full travel.

The dual-rate rear springs are tailored for level stance and improved ride characteristics; pairing these with the rear remote reservoir shocks results in a balanced, tuned system that supports larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations while maintaining on-road manners.

• Lift heights and ride-height ranges are based on a stock-equipped vehicle; added vehicle weight or accessories will alter lift range.
• Shocks are fully serviceable.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Load-Leveling Rear Height Control air suspension.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• For some 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package, a differential drop or axle upgrades are recommended to prevent front axle stress; this is not required for TRD Pro models.
• If the vehicle is equipped with certain TRD aluminum skid plates, additional parts may be required for proper fitment.
• Recommended maximum tire size (may require minor fender trimming): 35 x 12.50. Recommended aftermarket wheel offset: approximately 25 mm.
• Submodel summary: most Sequoia submodels will see ~3–4.5" front lift and ~2" rear lift over stock; TRD Off-Road and TRD Pro submodels typically see ~1–2.5" front lift and remain at stock rear height.
