The ICON Stage 13 complete suspension system for the 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra builds on the Stage 12 platform with the addition of billet aluminum adjustable upper and lower rear links. The system delivers improved on- and off-road performance with adjustable compression damping, refined alignment specs, and an increased front-end lift height range to accommodate aggressive wheel and tire combinations up to 35".
Front suspension components include 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers equipped with CDE valves and a billet aluminum tubular front upper control arm combo. These coilovers provide increased shock body diameter, greater piston area, and vehicle-specific valving to maximize travel (up to a 40% increase over stock) while maintaining superior ride quality. Remote reservoirs increase oil volume and heat dissipation to resist damper fade under heavy use. ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) uses onboard sensors and the Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) to make near-instant, active compression damping adjustments; the system is configured and controllable through the IIC app.
The tubular upper control arms correct front-end geometry by adding caster, improving component clearance, and replacing the OE ball joint with the serviceable, rebuildable ICON Delta Joint PRO for full bump and droop travel without binding. Included sway bar drop brackets minimize sway bar link bind throughout suspension travel, allowing freer movement and full wheel travel.
Rear suspension upgrades include billet aluminum adjustable upper and lower links constructed from 1-3/4" x .313 wall DOM tubing with a multi-stage powder coat finish. Rear link kits feature PTFE-lined FK rod ends for increased articulation and reduced deflection, plus multi-durometer bushings for quiet operation and minimal maintenance. The system is rounded out with 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks tailored for the Tundra; these shocks feature a Bump Zone that adds extra damping for hard bottom-outs and CDE valves for in-vehicle compression adjustment, providing a balanced tune with the front coilovers.
