ICON Stage 13 Complete Suspension System for 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra

The ICON Stage 13 complete suspension system for the 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra builds on the Stage 12 platform with the addition of billet aluminum adjustable upper and lower rear links. The system delivers improved on- and off-road performance with adjustable compression damping, refined alignment specs, and an increased front-end lift height range to accommodate aggressive wheel and tire combinations up to 35".

Front suspension components include 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers equipped with CDE valves and a billet aluminum tubular front upper control arm combo. These coilovers provide increased shock body diameter, greater piston area, and vehicle-specific valving to maximize travel (up to a 40% increase over stock) while maintaining superior ride quality. Remote reservoirs increase oil volume and heat dissipation to resist damper fade under heavy use. ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) uses onboard sensors and the Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) to make near-instant, active compression damping adjustments; the system is configured and controllable through the IIC app.

The tubular upper control arms correct front-end geometry by adding caster, improving component clearance, and replacing the OE ball joint with the serviceable, rebuildable ICON Delta Joint PRO for full bump and droop travel without binding. Included sway bar drop brackets minimize sway bar link bind throughout suspension travel, allowing freer movement and full wheel travel.

Rear suspension upgrades include billet aluminum adjustable upper and lower links constructed from 1-3/4" x .313 wall DOM tubing with a multi-stage powder coat finish. Rear link kits feature PTFE-lined FK rod ends for increased articulation and reduced deflection, plus multi-durometer bushings for quiet operation and minimal maintenance. The system is rounded out with 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks tailored for the Tundra; these shocks feature a Bump Zone that adds extra damping for hard bottom-outs and CDE valves for in-vehicle compression adjustment, providing a balanced tune with the front coilovers.

Key Features

  • Vehicle-specific design for 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra
  • 2.5 Series front coilovers with remote reservoirs and CDE valve technology for superior damping and improved shock cooling
  • Adjustable front ride height when used with included tubular UCAs (see notes for model-specific ranges)
  • ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) with active, near-instant compression damping adjustments via CDEV
  • Tubular front upper control arms for strength, alignment correction, and improved drivability; include the Delta Joint PRO for full articulation
  • Sway bar drop brackets to reduce link bind and preserve full suspension travel
  • Up to 40% increase in front wheel travel over stock without overstressing OE components
  • Billet aluminum adjustable rear upper and lower links with PTFE-lined rod ends and maintenance-free multi-durometer bushings
  • 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks with Bump Zone and CDE valves for balanced front-to-rear control
  • All ICON shock absorbers are fully rebuildable and re-tunable

Notes

  • Fits OEM wheels and tires.
  • Recommended aftermarket wheels: ICON Alloys 17x8.5" with 5.75" backspace / 25mm offset.
  • Recommended aftermarket tires: 35" x 12.50" (minor fender trimming and modifications may be required).
  • Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle; increasing vehicle weight due to accessories will alter lift range.
  • Front ride height adjustability and rear compatibility vary by sub-model and options. Typical front lift ranges include most i-Force gasoline models: 2–3.5"; i-Force MAX hybrid: 2–3"; TRD Pro: 0–1.5"; TRD Sport: 3–4.5". Rear lift compatibility is model-dependent (commonly up to 1–1.5" max).
  • If equipped with automatic leveling headlights or load-leveling rear air suspension, additional part(s) may be required.
  • Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS).
  • For 4WD models without the TRD Off‑Road package, a differential drop or Toyota TRD axles may be required to prevent front axle damage; not required for TRD Pro.
  • If equipped with a TRD aluminum skid plate, additional part(s) may be required.
  • Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
  • An iOS device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) app.
