ICON Stage 11 Complete Suspension System (2022–2025 Toyota Tundra)

The ICON Stage 11 suspension system for the 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra upgrades ride quality, suspension travel, and off-road capability with a complete, vehicle-specific kit. The system adds triple-rate rear coil springs, an adjustable rear track bar, and ICON’s 2.5 Series CDXS remote-reservoir coilovers and shocks to deliver improved damping control, increased front lift range, and proper stance for up to 35" tires.

The Stage 11 package combines heavy-duty hardware and tunable damping: 2.5" CDXS remote-reservoir front coilovers with separate high- and low-speed compression adjustment, tubular front upper control arms with ICON Delta Joint PRO, tubular billet rear links, an adjustable billet rear track bar, sway bar drop brackets, and 2.5 Aluminum Series CDXS rear remote-reservoir shocks. Remote reservoirs increase oil capacity and cooling for consistent performance under hard use, while the CDXS valves provide independent, detented adjustment for both high- and low-speed compression.

  • Vehicle specific design: engineered for 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra fitment.
  • 2.5 Series CDXS front coilovers: remote reservoirs, larger 2.5" body, up to 10 detented settings for both low- and high-speed compression.
  • Front lift adjustability: approximately 2–3.5" of front lift over stock when used with included tubular UCAs (varies by sub-model).
  • Tubular upper control arms: corrected front geometry, added caster, improved clearance, and serviceable Delta Joint PRO for full bump and droop travel.
  • Sway bar drop brackets: reduce link bind and allow full suspension travel without overstressing OE components.
  • Triple-rate rear coil springs: softer droop and ride rates with a firmer overload rate for on-road comfort and off-road bottoming resistance.
  • Adjustable tubular rear links: DOM tubing construction, PTFE-lined rod ends, multi-durometer bushings for articulation and reduced maintenance.
  • Billet adjustable rear track bar: CNC-machined 6061 aluminum with on-vehicle fine adjustment to properly center the axle.
  • 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote-reservoir shocks: tuned to match the front coilovers, include internal Bump Zone and CDXS compression adjustment for balanced control.
  • Rebuildable components: all ICON shock absorbers are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.

Key benefits: improved front and rear suspension travel (up to 40% increase over stock front travel on many models), tunable compression for on- and off-road performance, better alignment and drivability, and fitment for aggressive wheel and tire combinations.

Notes:

  • OEM wheel and tire fitment: compatible.
  • Recommended aftermarket wheels: 17x8.5" with 5.75" backspace / 25 mm offset.
  • Recommended tire size: up to 35" x 12.50" (minor fender trimming or modifications may be required).
  • Shocks are fully serviceable; lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle. Increasing vehicle weight due to accessories will alter lift range.
  • Front lift range varies by sub-model and equipment: most i-Force gasoline models ~2–3.5" over stock; most i-Force MAX hybrid models ~2–3"; SR5 with TRD Sport suspension ~3–4.5"; TRD Pro ~0–1.75".
  • Rear springs typically net ~0.75" of rear lift on Tundra models with TRD suspension or TRD Pro; non-TRD suspension models typically net ~1.25" of rear lift.
  • Vehicles equipped with automatic leveling headlights or load-leveling rear height control air suspension require additional part 55153.
  • Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Load‑Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension or Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS).
  • For 4WD models without the TRD Off‑Road package, ICON recommends using a differential drop (part 55156) or TRD axles to avoid potential front axle damage; not required for TRD Pro.
  • If the vehicle has the TRD aluminum skid plate, additional part 55164 is required.
  • Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
  • If lower rear ride heights are desired, consider ICON part K53201T.
