ICON Stage 11 Complete Suspension System — 2022-2025 Toyota Tundra

The ICON Stage 11 complete suspension system for the 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra adds triple-rate rear coil springs and an adjustable rear track bar to deliver improved on- and off-road performance, expanded lift range, and enhanced alignment capability. The system includes remote-reservoir 2.5 Series CDXS front coilovers, billet aluminum front upper control arms, front sway bar drop brackets, 2.5 Aluminum Series CDXS rear remote-reservoir shocks, billet rear upper/lower links, and an adjustable billet rear track bar for a balanced, tunable suspension setup that supports up to 35" tires (minor fender trimming may be required).

Front suspension: 2.5 Series remote-reservoir coilovers with CDXS provide a larger shock body, increased piston area, and ICON vehicle-specific valving to maximize travel (up to ~40% increase over stock) while maintaining superior ride quality. Remote reservoirs increase oil volume and cooling. CDXS offers independent low- and high-speed compression adjustment with 10 detented settings each for precise tuning.

Upper control arms: Billet aluminum front upper control arms correct front-end geometry, provide increased camber and caster adjustment, improve component clearance, and use the serviceable Delta Joint PRO to allow full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind.

Sway bar drop brackets: Reduce sway bar link bind through the suspension travel range to allow freer movement and full wheel travel without overstressing OE components.

Rear suspension: Triple-rate coil springs deliver a softer droop and ride rate with a firmer overload rate for on-road comfort, bottoming resistance, and superior off-road performance. Rear 2.5 Aluminum Series remote-reservoir shocks include a Bump Zone for increased damping on hard bottom outs and CDXS compression control for matched front-to-rear tuning.

Rear links and track bar: CNC-machined billet aluminum adjustable rear upper and lower links feature PTFE-lined rod ends, multi-durometer bushings for low noise and high angularity, and on-vehicle length adjustability. The billet rear adjustable track bar centers the axle and offers on-vehicle fine adjustment via double-adjuster rod end threads.

Serviceability: All ICON shock absorbers are fully rebuildable and re-tunable for long-term performance and maintenance.

  • Billet aluminum front upper control arms for corrected geometry and rebuildable Delta Joint PRO articulation
  • Sway bar drop brackets to reduce link bind and allow full wheel travel
  • Up to ~40% increase in front wheel travel over stock without overstressing OE components
  • Billet rear adjustable upper and lower links with PTFE-lined rod ends and on-vehicle adjustment
  • Triple-rate rear coil springs for improved ride quality and bottoming resistance
  • Billet rear adjustable track bar for axle centering and on-vehicle fine adjustment
  • 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote-reservoir shocks with Bump Zone and CDXS for balanced rear damping
  • Fully serviceable shocks for rebuild and re-tune

Notes

  • OEM wheel and tire fitment is supported; recommended aftermarket wheel dimensions: 17 x 8.5" with ~5.75" backspace (approximately 25 mm offset).
  • Recommended tire size up to 35 x 12.50" (minor fender trimming and modifications may be required).
  • Shocks are fully serviceable.
  • Advertised lift height ranges are for a stock-equipped vehicle; adding vehicle accessories or increased weight will alter lift range.
  • Typical front lift height ranges by configuration: i-Force gasoline models ~1.25"–3.5"; i-Force MAX (hybrid) ~0.75"–3"; TRD Pro ~0"–1.75".
  • Included rear springs typically net ~0.75" of rear lift on Tundra models with a TRD suspension package or TRD Pro; non-TRD Tundra models typically net ~1.25" of rear lift.
  • Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS).
  • Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
  • Some sub-models or factory options (for example, auto-leveling headlights or load-leveling rear air systems) may require additional parts or specific configuration—verify vehicle-specific fitment prior to purchase.
