The ICON Stage 11 complete suspension system for the 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra adds triple-rate rear coil springs and an adjustable rear track bar to deliver improved on- and off-road performance, expanded lift range, and enhanced alignment capability. The system includes remote-reservoir 2.5 Series CDXS front coilovers, billet aluminum front upper control arms, front sway bar drop brackets, 2.5 Aluminum Series CDXS rear remote-reservoir shocks, billet rear upper/lower links, and an adjustable billet rear track bar for a balanced, tunable suspension setup that supports up to 35" tires (minor fender trimming may be required).
Front suspension: 2.5 Series remote-reservoir coilovers with CDXS provide a larger shock body, increased piston area, and ICON vehicle-specific valving to maximize travel (up to ~40% increase over stock) while maintaining superior ride quality. Remote reservoirs increase oil volume and cooling. CDXS offers independent low- and high-speed compression adjustment with 10 detented settings each for precise tuning.
Upper control arms: Billet aluminum front upper control arms correct front-end geometry, provide increased camber and caster adjustment, improve component clearance, and use the serviceable Delta Joint PRO to allow full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind.
Sway bar drop brackets: Reduce sway bar link bind through the suspension travel range to allow freer movement and full wheel travel without overstressing OE components.
Rear suspension: Triple-rate coil springs deliver a softer droop and ride rate with a firmer overload rate for on-road comfort, bottoming resistance, and superior off-road performance. Rear 2.5 Aluminum Series remote-reservoir shocks include a Bump Zone for increased damping on hard bottom outs and CDXS compression control for matched front-to-rear tuning.
Rear links and track bar: CNC-machined billet aluminum adjustable rear upper and lower links feature PTFE-lined rod ends, multi-durometer bushings for low noise and high angularity, and on-vehicle length adjustability. The billet rear adjustable track bar centers the axle and offers on-vehicle fine adjustment via double-adjuster rod end threads.
Serviceability: All ICON shock absorbers are fully rebuildable and re-tunable for long-term performance and maintenance.
