ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 11 Suspension System — 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 11 complete suspension system for the 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra upgrades ride quality, travel, and axle location for improved on- and off-road performance. The system combines ICON 2.5 Series CDCV remote-reservoir front coilovers, triple-rate rear coil springs, 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV rear remote-reservoir shocks, billet aluminum front upper control arms, billet rear upper and lower links, an adjustable billet rear track bar, and a front sway bar drop kit to deliver greater wheel travel, adjustable compression damping, and a balanced front-to-rear tune capable of accommodating up to 35" tires with minor fender trimming.

  • Vehicle-specific design: Engineered for 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra chassis and suspension geometries.
  • 2.5 Series CDCV front coilovers: Remote reservoirs, larger 2.5" shock bodies, and ICON CDC valves provide improved heat dissipation, increased oil volume, up to 10 compression settings, and expanded travel (up to ~40% more than stock).
  • Adjustable front lift: Front ride height is adjustable when used with the included billet upper control arms to allow aggressive wheel/tire combinations.
  • Billet aluminum upper control arms: CNC-machined 6061 construction, anodized finish, increased camber and caster adjustment, and improved clearance; feature the serviceable Delta Joint PRO for full bump and droop travel without bind.
  • Triple-rate rear coils: Softer droop and ride rates with a firmer overload rate for on-road comfort, bottoming resistance, and enhanced off-road capability.
  • Billet rear adjustable links: CNC-machined 6061 aluminum with PTFE-lined rod ends, double-adjuster on-vehicle length adjustment, and multi-durometer bushings for noise-free operation and increased articulation.
  • Billet adjustable rear track bar: Centers the axle on lifted vehicles with double-adjuster rod end threads for on-vehicle fine tuning.
  • 2.5 Aluminum Series rear shocks: Remote reservoirs, CDC valves with 10 compression settings, internal Bump Zone for increased damping on hard bottom-outs, and a matched tune to the front coilovers.
  • Rebuildable and serviceable: All ICON shocks and selected joints are fully serviceable, rebuildable, and re-tunable for longevity and performance.

Notes

  • Shocks are fully serviceable and rebuildable.
  • Advertised lift-height ranges apply to stock-equipped vehicles; added vehicle weight from accessories will alter lift range.
  • Rear triple-rate springs typically provide approximately 0.5" of rear lift on non-TRD Tundra models; Tundra models equipped with TRD suspension packages (including TRD Pro) will remain at or near stock rear height unless different springs are selected.
  • Front lift ranges vary by model and powertrain: typical ranges include ~1.25–3.5" for many gasoline-equipped models, ~0.75–3" for some hybrid models, and reduced ranges for TRD Pro and other factory-specialized suspensions. Check vehicle-specific fitment before installation.
  • Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) systems. Vehicles equipped with load-leveling rear air suspension or automatic-leveling headlights may require additional components or are not compatible depending on configuration—verify vehicle options before purchase.
  • For some 4WD models without TRD Off-Road equipment, additional driveline or axle modifications (such as a differential drop or equivalent) may be recommended to prevent front-axle stress or damage.
  • After installation, recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is required.
  • OEM wheels and tires generally retain fitment. Recommended aftermarket wheel offset is approximately 25 mm. Tire fitment up to 35 x 12.50" is achievable with minor fender trimming on many configurations; confirm fitment for your specific model and wheel selection.
