The ICON Stage 10 suspension system for the 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra upgrades on- and off-road performance with billet aluminum adjustable rear links, a 2.5 Series CDCV remote reservoir front coilover and billet aluminum front upper control arm combo, front sway bar drop brackets, and 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV rear remote reservoir shocks. The system provides increased front lift height range, improved alignment capability, and the ability to fit up to 35" tires with a proper stance and clearance.
Front coilovers feature remote reservoirs and ICON CDC valves for externally adjustable compression damping with 10 settings. The 2.5" shock bodies and vehicle-specific valving deliver increased piston area and significantly more travel (up to a 40% increase over stock) for superior ride quality and suspension performance. Remote reservoirs increase oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and damper fade under heavy use. When used with the included billet front upper control arms, the front ride height is adjustable approximately 1.25"–3.5" over stock on most configurations.
Billet aluminum upper control arms correct front-end geometry, provide expanded camber and caster adjustment, and improve component clearance. The OE ball joint is replaced with the serviceable, rebuildable Delta Joint PRO to allow full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind.
Sway bar drop brackets reduce sway bar link bind through the suspension travel range, allowing freer suspension movement and full wheel travel without overstressing OE components.
Billet aluminum adjustable rear links are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum and anodized for corrosion resistance. These links include PTFE-lined rod ends for increased articulation and reduced deflection, on-vehicle length adjustability via a double-adjuster system, and multi-durometer bushings for quiet operation and maximum angularity without periodic greasing.
2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks are tailored for the 2022–2025 Tundra, offering increased diameter for improved off-road performance and a smooth street ride. Remote reservoirs maintain consistent damping by keeping operating temperatures lower under heavy use. An internal Bump Zone provides additional damping force for better control of hard bottom-outs. Paired with the ICON V.S. 2.5 Series CDCV front coilovers, the system delivers balanced front-to-rear vehicle control. All ICON shock absorbers in the system are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
