ICON Stage 10 Complete Suspension System for 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra

The ICON Stage 10 suspension system for the 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra upgrades on- and off-road performance with billet aluminum adjustable rear links, a 2.5 Series CDCV remote reservoir front coilover and billet aluminum front upper control arm combo, front sway bar drop brackets, and 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV rear remote reservoir shocks. The system provides increased front lift height range, improved alignment capability, and the ability to fit up to 35" tires with a proper stance and clearance.

Front coilovers feature remote reservoirs and ICON CDC valves for externally adjustable compression damping with 10 settings. The 2.5" shock bodies and vehicle-specific valving deliver increased piston area and significantly more travel (up to a 40% increase over stock) for superior ride quality and suspension performance. Remote reservoirs increase oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and damper fade under heavy use. When used with the included billet front upper control arms, the front ride height is adjustable approximately 1.25"–3.5" over stock on most configurations.

Billet aluminum upper control arms correct front-end geometry, provide expanded camber and caster adjustment, and improve component clearance. The OE ball joint is replaced with the serviceable, rebuildable Delta Joint PRO to allow full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind.

Sway bar drop brackets reduce sway bar link bind through the suspension travel range, allowing freer suspension movement and full wheel travel without overstressing OE components.

Billet aluminum adjustable rear links are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum and anodized for corrosion resistance. These links include PTFE-lined rod ends for increased articulation and reduced deflection, on-vehicle length adjustability via a double-adjuster system, and multi-durometer bushings for quiet operation and maximum angularity without periodic greasing.

2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks are tailored for the 2022–2025 Tundra, offering increased diameter for improved off-road performance and a smooth street ride. Remote reservoirs maintain consistent damping by keeping operating temperatures lower under heavy use. An internal Bump Zone provides additional damping force for better control of hard bottom-outs. Paired with the ICON V.S. 2.5 Series CDCV front coilovers, the system delivers balanced front-to-rear vehicle control. All ICON shock absorbers in the system are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.

  • Vehicle specific design: 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra
  • Front coilovers: 2.5 Series with remote reservoirs and CDC valves
  • Front ride height: Adjustable approximately 1.25"–3.5" over stock when used with included billet UCAs (varies by sub-model and equipment)
  • Compression adjustment: All shocks include CDC valves with 10 settings (soft to hard)
  • Billet aluminum UCAs: Strength, durability, and on-vehicle caster/camber adjustment
  • Delta Joint PRO: Serviceable joint design with increased articulation
  • Sway bar drop brackets: Reduce link bind and allow full travel
  • Increased travel: Allows up to ~40% increase in front wheel travel over stock without overstressing OE components
  • Billet rear links: Improve rear articulation and allow on-vehicle pinion angle adjustment
  • Rear shocks: 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir shocks tuned to match coilovers
  • Serviceability: All ICON shock absorbers are fully rebuildable and re-tunable

Notes

  • OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes.
  • Recommended aftermarket wheels: ICON Alloys 17x8.5" with 5.75" backspace / 25 mm offset.
  • Recommended aftermarket tires: 35 x 12.50" (minor fender trimming and modifications may be required).
  • Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
  • Advertised lift height ranges are for a stock-equipped vehicle; increasing vehicle weight due to accessories will alter lift range.
  • Tundra/Sequoia equipped with automatic-leveling headlights or Load‑Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension requires part #55153.
  • Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Load‑Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension.
  • Tundra SR5 equipped with TRD Sport package will have a front lift range of approximately 2.25"–4.5".
  • For some 4WD models without the TRD Off‑Road package, ICON recommends additional components (for example, diff drop or axle upgrades) to prevent front axle damage. Refer to required part numbers when applicable.
  • Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
  • Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
  • If equipped with TRD aluminum skid plate, part #55164 is also required.
  • Most Tundra sub-models with i-Force gasoline engines will have a front lift height range of approximately 1.25"–3.5".
  • Most Tundra sub-models with i-Force MAX hybrid engines will have a front lift height range of approximately 0.75"–3.0".
  • Tundra TRD Pro models will have a front lift height range of approximately 0"–1.75".
  • Included rear shocks are compatible with 0"–1.5" of rear lift on models equipped with rear coil springs without the TRD suspension package. On models equipped with the TRD suspension package and TRD Pro, rear shock compatibility is typically 0"–1.0" of rear lift.
