ICON Stage 8 Complete Suspension System — 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra

The ICON Stage 8 complete suspension system is engineered to improve on- and off-road performance for the 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra. The kit increases suspension travel and ground clearance while preserving ride quality through a combination of adjustable 2.5" remote-reservoir front coilovers, billet aluminum upper control arms, billet aluminum adjustable rear lower links, and 2.5" aluminum series rear remote-reservoir shocks. Sway bar drop brackets and serviceable components are included to maximize articulation and durability.

• Vehicle-specific design: Engineered for the 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra.
• Front coilovers: 2.5" series remote-reservoir adjustable coilovers offering increased piston area, improved valving and up to maximum travel (up to 40% increase over stock) for enhanced ride quality and control.
• Adjustable front ride height: Front lift adjustability when used with the included billet aluminum upper control arms.
• Billet aluminum upper control arms: Correct front-end geometry, increased camber and caster adjustment, improved component clearance, and a serviceable joint to eliminate bind through full bump and droop travel.
• Billet aluminum rear lower links: CNC-machined 6061 aluminum with anodized finish, PTFE-lined rod ends, double-adjuster on-vehicle length adjustment, and multi-durometer bushings for low-noise operation and high angularity.
• Rear shocks: 2.5" aluminum series remote-reservoir shocks tailored for the Tundra, with increased oil capacity, improved cooling, and an internal Bump Zone that increases damping for hard bottom-outs.
• Sway bar drop brackets: Reduce link bind through suspension travel to allow freer suspension movement without overstressing OE components.
• Serviceable components: Shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable; control-arm joints are serviceable and rebuildable.

• Front lift height ranges and damping are vehicle- and configuration-dependent; advertised lift ranges are for stock-equipped vehicles and can be altered by added vehicle weight or accessories.
• Typical front lift ranges by sub-model/engine: i-Force gasoline models ~1.25–3.5" over stock; i-Force MAX hybrid models ~0.75–3"; TRD Pro models ~0–1.75"; TRD Sport package can yield ~2.25–4.5".
• Rear shock compatibility: compatible with 0–1.5" of rear lift on models equipped with rear coil springs without TRD suspension package; compatible with 0–1" of rear lift on models equipped with TRD suspension package and TRD Pro.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Load‑Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• Recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is required after installation.
• For 4WD models without the TRD Off‑Road package, a differential drop (part number 55156) is recommended to prevent front axle damage; this is not required for TRD Pro models.
• If equipped with the TRD aluminum skid plate, part number 55164 is required.
• OEM wheels and tires will fit; recommended aftermarket wheel example: 17x8.5" with 25mm offset. Recommended tire size up to 35x12.50" with minor fender trimming and/or modifications.
• Remote-reservoir design increases shock oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and damper fade under heavy use.
