ICON Billet Aluminum Upper Control Arm Kit — Gen3 Ford Raptor (2021–2025)

This ICON billet aluminum upper control arm kit is engineered to improve front suspension performance on Gen3 Ford Raptors. It corrects front-end geometry, provides on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment, and increases suspension component clearance for lifted applications.

Constructed from CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum with a satin anodized finish, the kit replaces the OE ball joint with the ICON Delta Joint PRO for full bump and droop travel without binding. FK Rod End 7/8" heim joints are used at chassis pivots for precise, smooth articulation, and ICON’s double adjuster sleeve enables quick, on-vehicle alignment adjustments. The kit includes all components and hardware required for a complete install.

The Delta Joint PRO increases bearing surface and articulation range for improved durability and suspension movement. It uses a hardened chromoly ball and shaft, replaceable graphite-impregnated sintered metal races, and an improved lubrication system to extend service life while remaining fully serviceable and rebuildable.
