ICON Intelligent Control (IIC)

The ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) is an onboard computer that monitors G-force and gyroscope inputs, analyzes vehicle motion in real time, and predicts terrain and wheel position. It collects sensor data at rates exceeding 1000 samples per second, processes that data with custom algorithms and user-defined settings, and delivers damping adjustments to Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) shocks in under 40 milliseconds for rapid, adaptive control.

The IIC interfaces with ICON’s mobile app via Bluetooth to provide a user-friendly experience for monitoring, recording, and tuning suspension performance. The app lets users adjust baseline firmness and the sensitivity of vertical "G-Boost" and lateral "Corner Boost," choose from preconfigured Drive Modes (Normal, Desert, Haul), or create unlimited custom presets. Trip data including time, speed, distance, and G-forces can be recorded for review.

Selectable active damping: Active shock damping with the ability to manually adjust baseline settings without exiting the vehicle.
High-rate sensor processing: Onboard sensors monitor G-forces and chassis movement and perform calculations at over 1000 times per second.
Fast-response control: Sends damping commands to CDEV shocks that react in under 40 milliseconds.
