This billet aluminum upper control arm kit is engineered to improve the front-end geometry and overall performance of the 2021–2025 Ford F-150. It provides increased camber and caster adjustment, improved suspension component clearance, and corrected alignment capability while maintaining full bump and droop travel.
Constructed from CNC machined 6061 billet aluminum with a hybrid H‑beam cross-section, the arms are lightweight and resist bending forces better than tubular designs. The OE ball joint is replaced with the Delta Joint PRO, a serviceable and rebuildable articulation joint that eliminates binding through the suspension's range of motion. 3/4" rod end joints at the chassis pivots deliver precise, smooth function, and a double adjuster sleeve allows on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment. The kit includes all components and hardware required for a complete install.
The Delta Joint PRO combines the durability of factory-style ball joints with enhanced performance and strength. It features a larger ball for greater bearing surface, improved lubrication sealing, and extended articulation for bind-free movement. Built with a chromoly ball and shaft hardened to Rockwell C 55 and replaceable graphite-impregnated sintered metal races, the joint is serviceable and designed for long-term durability. Redesigned lubricant channels distribute grease efficiently without extending past the bearing seal.
