Designed and built to deliver outstanding off-road performance while maintaining a smooth on-road ride, these vehicle-specific shocks are configured for each application in both length and damping tune. They are fully serviceable and engineered to control high-velocity compression and prevent harsh bottom-outs through an internal bump design incorporated in piggyback and remote-reservoir configurations.

Internal Bump Zone: 6061 billet aluminum manifold creates an internal bump zone that increases damping force by approximately 20% to help prevent bottom-outs and control suspension during high-velocity compression.
Remote reservoir: Remote reservoir design improves heat dissipation to reduce shock fade during prolonged use.
Shock oil: Premium grade 5WT shock oil for consistent damping across a wide temperature range.
Design: Nitrogen-charged monotube design with piggyback reservoir.
Piston: One-piece digressive piston with vehicle-specific valving for superior on- and off-road performance and ride quality.
Shaft: 7/8" diameter induction-hardened, chrome-plated shock shaft.
Mounting: PTFE-lined spherical bearings and application-specific mounting hardware.
Machining: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components.
Body: CAD-plated, precision-machined 1026 DOM steel shock body for durability and corrosion resistance.
