ICON Vehicle Specific (V.S.) 2.5 Series Shocks

ICON Vehicle Specific (V.S.) 2.5 Series shocks are engineered to deliver exceptional off-road performance while maintaining a smooth ride on the street. Each shock is configured for its specific application in both length and damping tune. These shocks are fully serviceable and can be rebuilt or revalved to maintain peak performance. For piggyback and certain remote-reservoir applications, a 6061 billet aluminum manifold creates an internal "Bump Zone" that adds additional damping force to help prevent harsh bottom-outs. An externally adjustable CDC Valve provides precise compression adjustability.

• CDC Valve: 10 levels of high-resolution compression adjustability with the turn of a knob
• Internal Bump Zone: Increases damping by approximately 20% to control suspension near full compression
• Remote reservoir design: Improves heat dissipation to reduce shock fade during prolonged use
• Premium shock oil: Grade 5WT for consistent damping across a wide temperature range
• Monotube design: Nitrogen-charged monotube with piggyback reservoir
• Piston: One-piece digressive piston with vehicle-specific valving for balanced on- and off-road ride quality
• Shaft: 7/8" induction-hardened, chrome-plated shock shaft
• Mounting: PTFE-lined spherical bearings and application-specific mounting hardware
• Materials & construction: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components and one-piece hard-anodized, impact-extruded aluminum cylinders for corrosion resistance
