ICON EXP Series — 2019–2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 / GMC Sierra 1500

The EXP Series is based on a proven 2.5-inch diameter aluminum shock with a one-piece impact-extruded body and hard anodized finish for superior abrasion and corrosion resistance. The inverted (shaft-up) design uses a massive 7/8-inch diameter, induction-hardened, chrome-plated shaft. CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum coil spring seats and snap-ring grooves provide adjustable front-end ride height. EXP shocks feature a digressive piston design custom tuned for GM 1500 trucks and are fully serviceable and re-valvable.

• Vehicle specific: Designed for 2019–2026 GM 1500 trucks (Chevrolet Silverado 1500 / GMC Sierra 1500).
• Adjustable ride height: 2.375"–3.75" front lift over stock via selectable snap-ring positions.
• Uses factory coil springs.
• 2.5" aluminum shock with internal reservoir.

• Recommended wheel sizes: 17x8.5 (4.75" backspace / 0mm offset), 18x9 (5" backspace / 0mm offset), 20x9 (5" backspace / 0mm offset).
• Recommended tire sizes: Silverado 1500 — 35x12.50" (minor fender trimming and modifications may be required); Sierra 1500 — 34x12.00" (minor fender trimming and modifications may be required).
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Trimming required for recommended tire size.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• Not compatible with Silverado 1500 ZR2, Silverado 1500 Trail Boss, Sierra 1500 AT4, or Sierra 1500 AT4X submodels.
• Submodels equipped with Adaptive Ride Control also require part numbers 71021 and 71022 and may require concurrent installation of rear shocks.
• EXP coilovers are sold individually; a quantity of 2 is required per vehicle.
• Most diesel-equipped submodels will have a front lift range of approximately 1.75"–3" over stock; most gasoline-equipped submodels will have a front lift range of approximately 2.375"–3.75" over stock (lift heights vary slightly by trim and engine).
