ICON Vehicle Specific (V.S.) 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks are engineered to deliver exceptional off-road performance while maintaining a smooth on-road ride. Each shock is configured to the specific application for length and damping tune. These shocks are fully rebuildable and revalveable, and feature design elements that improve heat dissipation, control at high compression speeds, and long-term durability.
- 10-position CDC Valve provides high-resolution external compression adjustability.
- Internal Bump Zone (6061 billet aluminum manifold) increases damping by approximately 20% to reduce harsh bottom outs and control high-velocity compression.
- Remote/piggyback reservoir design improves heat dissipation to reduce shock fade during prolonged use.
- Premium 5WT shock oil for consistent damping across a wide temperature range.
- Nitrogen-charged monotube construction with piggyback reservoir for consistent performance.
- One-piece digressive piston with vehicle-specific valving for balanced on- and off-road ride quality.
- 7/8” induction-hardened, chrome-plated shaft for strength and corrosion resistance.
- PTFE-lined spherical bearings and application-specific mounting hardware for reliable articulation and fitment.
- 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC components and one-piece impact-extruded aluminum cylinders for durability and finish consistency.
- 100% rebuildable and 100% revalveable to extend service life and allow tuning changes.
