ICON Vehicle Dynamics V.S. 2.5 Series Remote Reservoir Front Coilover Shocks

Designed for the 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma, the ICON V.S. 2.5 remote reservoir front coilovers provide increased travel, improved damping control and adjustable ride height to accomodate larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. The larger 2.5” shock body, increased piston area and vehicle-specific valving deliver superior ride quality both on- and off-road. Remote reservoirs increase oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use. ICON's Compression Damping Dual Speed (CDXS) valves offer independent high- and low-speed compression adjustment with 10 detented settings each for precise tuning. Extended travel allows more wheel articulation but requires aftermarket front upper control arms for proper installation.

• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes: 17x8.5 (4.75" backspace / 0mm offset), 18x9 (5.00" backspace / 0mm offset), 20x9 (5.00" backspace / 0mm offset).
• Recommended tire: 33" x 11.50" (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications will be required).
• These systems are to be used with aftermarket upper control arms only.
• 700 lb/in Expedition coil available for heavier-equipped vehicles.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• 2005–2015 Tacoma front lift height range: 0–3.5" over stock.
• 2016–2023 Tacoma front lift height range: 0–2.75" over stock.
• Trimming required for the recommended tire size.
• Bump stop spacer kit 51045 can be installed to increase preload 0.25" beyond maximum.
• 2017–2023 Tacoma TRD Pro models front lift height range: 0–1.25" over stock.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Will not fit 2WD Tacoma with 5-wheel lug studs.
