This billet aluminum upper control arm kit improves front-end geometry for 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra and 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia vehicles, providing corrected geometry, increased camber and caster adjustment, and improved suspension component clearance. CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminum with a hybrid H‑beam cross‑section, the arms are lightweight and resist bending better than tubular designs. The OE ball joint is replaced with the serviceable, rebuildable Delta Joint PRO, allowing full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind. Rod end heim joints at the chassis pivots provide precise, smooth function throughout the range of travel, and a double adjuster sleeve enables on‑vehicle camber and caster adjustment. All necessary components and hardware for a complete install are included.

The Delta Joint PRO features a rebuildable, serviceable design in which individual components may be removed, inspected, and replaced without replacing the entire joint. It uses a larger ball with significantly more bearing surface and improved lubrication sealing for durability. The joint delivers up to 90° of articulation (a notable improvement in range of motion), and is built with a chromoly ball and shaft hardened to Rockwell C55. Replaceable races are machined from graphite‑impregnated sintered metal for a precise metal‑to‑metal bearing interface, and redesigned lubricant channels distribute grease efficiently without extending past the bearing seal.
