Jeep JL Sport Suspension System

The Sport suspension system is engineered for long-travel off-road use while maintaining a smooth on-road ride. Its Dual Rate coil springs provide progressive performance that balances comfort and load-bearing capability, and the system includes upgraded components to maintain proper geometry and articulation at increased ride heights.

  • Dual Rate coil springs: Dual-stage design with a softer initial rate for ride comfort and extended travel, plus a second stage tuned to handle vehicle payload and absorb large impacts at higher speeds.
  • Corner-specific springs: Front and rear springs are matched to each corner to keep the vehicle level side to side while allowing increased suspension travel.
  • Bump stop extensions: Use the factory bump stops for compliant cushioning at full compression and retain stock down travel to prevent over-cycling of the suspension and driveline.
  • Extended sway bar links with urethane bushings: Front and rear links are lengthened to reposition the sway bars within the factory operating planes and prevent the bars from going over center and binding at full extension.
  • Heavy-duty rear track bar bracket: Re-centers the axle while retaining the factory roll center with the increased ride height.
  • Dirt Logic Resi shocks: Upgraded front and rear Resi shocks for improved damping and control over varied terrain.
*Compatible with four-door Jeep JL models. Installation uses the factory bump stops and retains stock down travel; fits Diesel and Rubicon 392 variants.
