The Sport suspension system is engineered to provide long-travel off-road capability while maintaining a smooth highway ride. It uses a Dual Rate coil spring design that delivers a compliant first stage for comfort and extended travel, with a firmer second stage to manage vehicle payload and absorb larger impacts at higher speeds.
Dual Rate coil springs are corner specific to keep the vehicle level side to side while allowing increased suspension travel. Bump stop extensions work with the factory bump stops to provide compliant cushioning at full compression and retain the stock down travel to prevent over-cycling of the suspension and driveline.
Extended sway bar links with urethane bushings reposition the sway bars to operate within the factory planes. By lengthening the links, the system prevents the sway bar from going over-center and creating bind at full extension travel. A heavy duty rear track bar bracket re-centers the axle while preserving the factory roll center with the increased ride height. The kit is completed with stealth monotube shocks tuned for the Sport application.
*Compatibility and installation notes: Fits four-door Jeep JL models; intended for Diesel and Rubicon 392 configurations. Uses the factory bump stops and retains stock down travel. Some components reposition factory links and may require alignment after installation.
