Jeep JL Sport Suspension System

The Sport suspension system is engineered for 4-door Jeep JL models to provide long-travel off-road capability while maintaining a smooth highway ride. It uses corner-specific, dual-rate coil springs and tuned components to improve suspension travel, ride quality, and axle control with increased ride height.

  • Dual-rate coil springs — first stage offers a soft ride and extension for increased travel; second stage supports vehicle payload and absorbs large impacts at higher speeds.
  • Corner-specific design — maintains a level stance side-to-side while allowing greater suspension articulation.
  • Bump stop extensions — four extensions utilize the factory bump stops for compliant cushioning at full compression and retain stock down travel to prevent over-cycling of the suspension and driveline.
  • Extended sway bar links with urethane bushings — repositions the front and rear sway bars to operate within factory planes and prevents the bar from going over-center and creating bind at full extension.
  • Heavy-duty rear track bar bracket — recenters the axle while retaining the factory roll center with the increased ride height.
  • Includes Dirt Logic 2.25 shocks — front and rear tuned for this system.
