Jeep JL
This system features dual-rate coil springs designed for long-travel off-road use while delivering a smooth highway ride. The dual-rate design provides progressive support for varied driving conditions.
The first stage of the springs delivers a soft, compliant ride and allows additional extension for increased travel. The second stage is tuned to support vehicle payload and absorb large impacts at higher speeds.
The coil springs are corner-specific to keep the vehicle level side-to-side while allowing increased suspension travel.
Four bump stop extensions use the factory bump stops to provide compliant cushioning at full compression. The extensions retain the stock down travel to prevent over-cycling of the suspension and driveline.
Extended-length front and rear sway bar links with urethane bushings reposition the sway bars to operate within the factory planes. The longer links help prevent the sway bar from going over-center and creating bind at full extension.
A heavy-duty rear track bar bracket recenters the axle while retaining the factory roll center with the increased ride height.
