Jeep JL 4xe Sport Suspension System (2021–2025, 4-Door)
The Sport suspension system is engineered for the Jeep JL 4xe to deliver long-travel off-road capability without sacrificing a smooth on-road ride. It uses a Dual Rate coil spring design that balances a compliant first-stage for comfort and extended travel with a firmer second-stage to manage vehicle payload and high-speed impact absorption.
Dual Rate coil springs are corner-specific to maintain a level stance side-to-side while allowing increased suspension travel. Four bump stop extensions work with the factory bump stops to provide compliant cushioning at full compression while retaining stock down travel to prevent over-cycling of the suspension and driveline.
Extended sway bar links with urethane bushings reposition the sway bars to operate within their factory planes, preventing the bars from going over center and creating bind at full extension. A heavy-duty rear track bar bracket recenters the axle and preserves the vehicle's factory roll center with the added ride height. The system includes upgraded front and rear performance shocks tuned to match the Dual Rate springs and enhanced travel.
