Jeep JL 4xe
The Sport suspension system is engineered for long-travel offroad performance while maintaining a smooth highway ride. It uses a Dual Rate coil spring design that provides a soft initial stage for comfort and extended suspension travel, plus a firmer second stage to support vehicle payload and absorb larger impacts at higher speeds.
Key features:
- Dual Rate coil springs — corner-specific design to keep the vehicle level side-to-side and allow increased suspension travel.
- Bump stop extensions — utilize the factory bump stops for compliant cushioning at full compression while retaining stock down travel to prevent over-cycling of the suspension and driveline.
- Extended sway bar links with urethane bushings — reposition the sway bars within the factory operating planes and prevent the bars from going over-center and binding at full extension.
- Rear track bar bracket — heavy-duty bracket re-centers the axle while maintaining the factory roll center with the increased ride height.
- Front and rear shock extensions — accommodate the increased ride height and suspension travel.
