Fabtech’s 4-Link lift kit converts the factory Radius Arm front suspension to a high-performance 4-Link system designed to improve on-road handling while delivering superior off-road articulation. • Link Arms & Brackets — 2" outer-diameter heavy-wall link arms with thick steel axle brackets and adjustable alignment cams to set caster for the new ride height. High-strength frame pivot joints are used on the frame side for durability. Frame brackets integrate into factory Radius Arm mounts for secure attachment.
• Dirt Logic 4.0 Coilover Conversion — Coilover conversion brackets utilize the factory coil bucket to mount large Dirt Logic 4.0 remote-reservoir coilovers. Features a large-diameter shock body, durable piston rod, coil springs sized for Super Duty weight, and a remote reservoir to manage heat and maintain consistent damping during aggressive use.
• Track Bar Relocation Bracket — Heavy steel bracket repositions the factory track bar to properly center the axle under the vehicle at increased ride height and resists deflection through full suspension travel.
• Dropped Pitman Arm — Forged steel dropped pitman arm designed to work with the factory drag link and track bar relocation bracket to preserve proper steering geometry.
• Front Bump Stop Brackets — Thick steel brackets extend the factory bump stops down to prevent over-travel and protect the suspension under full compression.
• Sway Bar Drop Brackets — Thick steel drop brackets reposition the front sway bar so link ends can cycle freely without binding through increased travel range.
• Brake Line Brackets — Repositions factory brake lines on the frame to accommodate increased travel while keeping the factory hydraulic system intact.
• Steering Stabilizer Brackets — Retains the stock steering stabilizer using a stout bracket and support brace to help reduce shimmy and improve steering feel.
• Rear Lift Blocks & U‑Bolts — Cast iron lift blocks with integrated bump stops and heavy-duty U-bolts to securely attach the rear differential and provide additional rear lift without degrading ride quality or load capacity.
