Fabtech’s IFS suspension system for the 2021–26 Ford F150 4WD is engineered to improve on- and off-road drivability while maintaining a near-stock appearance. The design prevents bump steer throughout suspension travel, enhances steering response, and preserves maneuverability in tight spaces.

• Improved drivability — Zero bump steer across the suspension cycle reduces driver fatigue and improves overall handling.
• Near-stock track width — Keeps tires tucked under the fenders for a clean factory look while retaining turning radius.
• Heavy-duty crossmembers — 1/4" thick steel lower control arm crossmembers with an arched, welded box design for added strength and maximum ground clearance. Eccentric alignment cams allow easy adjustment.
• Steering knuckles — Extended-length ductile iron knuckles maintain zero bump steer and reinforcement for improved control and steering geometry.
• Coilover relocation — Factory coilovers are relocated with heavy-duty lower mounts to allow full steering clearance while achieving a 6" lift and preserving ride quality.
• Front skid plate — 1/4" thick steel differential skid plate protects the front diff from off-road obstacles.
• Triple differential mounts — Reposition the front differential to optimize CV and driveshaft angles and reduce driveline vibration at speed.
• Sway bar mounts — 1/4" thick steel drop brackets reposition the front sway bar to allow full link travel without binding.
• Rear lift system — Replaces the factory 2" block with a 5" steel rear lift block and severe-duty U-bolts to raise the rear without compromising load capacity.
• Performance rear shocks — Extended-length twin-tube shocks tuned for a comfortable highway ride with off-road capability.
• Warranty — Includes a 5 year / 60,000 mile powertrain warranty for added confidence.
