2017–22 Ford F250/F350 4WD Fabtech Suspension System

This suspension system uses the factory radius arms combined with new heavy-duty frame brackets to provide a reliable lift solution. Lift height is achieved with Fabtech performance front coil springs and a rear block and U-bolt kit. The kit also includes a Trac Bar relocation bracket, Pitman arm, and sway bar drop brackets for improved geometry and handling.
