2015-20 Ford F150 4WD Fabtech 4" Lift System

Fabtech's 4" lift system uses heavy-duty construction and proven design elements from larger Fabtech systems to deliver reliable lift with reduced height. The system supports 33" tires while maintaining a clean factory appearance by retaining stock track width and tire clearance.

  • High-arched lower control arm crossmembers: 1/4" thick steel for maximum strength.
  • Ductile iron steering knuckles: retain stock track width to keep tires under the fender.
  • Front coilover spacers and heavy-duty coilover shocks: increased damping while retaining factory coil springs.
  • Rear block and u-bolt kit: provides rear lift.
  • Stealth rear shocks: included for improved rear damping.
  • ESC and traction control compliant: compatible with vehicle stability systems.

*Not compatible with OEM wheel and tire. Does not fit Standard Cab, Raptor models, or diesel models.
