Fabtech 4" Lift System — 2015-20 Ford F150 4WD

The Fabtech 4" lift system for the 2015–2020 Ford F150 4WD combines heavy-duty construction with proven design features to provide moderate lift while maintaining factory-style ride and geometry. It allows use of 33" tires and retains a clean, stock appearance by preserving track width.

  • High-arched 1/4" thick steel lower control arm crossmember for maximum strength
  • Ductile iron steering knuckles that retain factory track width
  • Front coilover spacers and heavy-duty front coilover shocks for increased damping while keeping factory coil springs
  • Rear block and U-bolt lift for rear height
  • Includes performance rear shocks
  • ESC and traction control compliant

*Compatibility and installation notes: Not compatible with OEM wheel and tire; not compatible with Standard Cab configurations; will not fit Raptor models; will not fit diesel models. Rear lift is provided via block and U-bolt; front uses coilover spacers and upgraded coilover shocks.
