Fabtech Basic lift kit for the Chevy/GMC 1500 2WD uses an IFS suspension design to deliver excellent on- and off-road drivability. The kit maintains zero bump steer throughout the suspension cycle to reduce driver fatigue and improve overall handling. Near-stock track width keeps tires under the fenders for a clean appearance, and the steering knuckle geometry provides an excellent lock-to-lock turning radius for tight maneuvering.

• Crossmembers: 1/4" thick steel lower control arm crossmembers are arched for maximum ground clearance. Welded box design adds strength and the mounts retain factory alignment cams for easy adjustment.
• Steering Knuckles: Extended-length ductile iron knuckles deliver zero bump steer through suspension travel and help maintain near-stock track width.
• Tie Rods: Oversized tie rods replace stock units to handle larger tires.
• Coilover Spacers: Factory coilovers are relocated with heavy-duty lower mounts to allow full steering travel while achieving 6" of front lift and retaining stock ride quality.
• Sway Bar Mounts: 1/4" thick steel drop brackets reposition the front sway bar for increased ride height and prevent binding during extended travel.
• Rear Bump Stop Spacers: Billet spacers relocate closed-cell bump stops to control travel and prevent over-cycling of the suspension.
• Rear Lift Blocks: 5" tall steel rear lift blocks replace factory blocks to provide additional lift without compromising ride quality or load capacity.
• Rear U-Bolts: U-bolts designed to securely attach the rear differential to the vehicle.
• Rear Stealth Shocks: Extended-length monotube shocks with a corrosion-resistant piston rod for durability, offering a smooth highway ride and capable off-road damping.
• Warranty: Includes a 5 year / 60,000 mile powertrain warranty.

*Compatibility/installation notes: Cannot use OEM wheel and tire. Fits crew cab short bed models only. Will not fit models equipped with adaptive ride control or models with composite rear leaf springs. Does not fit 2019 Chevy Silverado LD or 2019 GMC Sierra Limited 1500 models; use the 2018 model application for those vehicles. Will not fit vehicles equipped with Super Cruise.
