ReadyLIFT 69-3485 4.0" SST Lift Kit

The ReadyLIFT 69-3485 4.0" SST Lift Kit is a complete suspension lift system engineered to raise ground clearance, retain factory ride quality, and support larger aftermarket tires. It combines rugged hardware, CNC-machined components, and bolt-on installation features that avoid irreversible modifications to the factory struts.

  • 4.0" powder-coated steel strut extensions bolt to the top of the factory strut—no cutting of strut studs or breaking top-hat seals.
  • 100% DOM tubular upper control arm with OEM-style, pre-pressed ball joints to maintain factory geometry without spindle modifications.
  • CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum differential drop brackets to correct CV angles when lifting the front; designed to resist bending or failure.
  • Powder-coated plate steel skid plate using factory attachment points for differential protection.
  • 3.0" OEM-style cast iron rear lift blocks and u-bolts that replace the factory 1.25" block to achieve the specified rear lift and correct pinion angle.
  • Steel rear shock extension brackets retain factory rear shock mounting locations so OEM shocks can be reused.
  • Supports tire sizes up to 33" on aftermarket wheels; common fitment 33x11.50. Includes fitment guidance for various wheel sizes and offsets.
  • Limited lifetime warranty coverage on the kit components.

*Installation and compatibility notes: Not compatible with AWD Denali trucks; does not work with 2013 Z71 4WD trucks equipped with Rancho front struts. For 2007–2011 Z71 models measure the vehicle prior to purchase—there must be a 2.25" to 2.5" difference between front and rear. Kit is designed for use with aftermarket wheels having approximately 5.25" backspacing; running OE factory wheels with larger tires may require wheel spacers. Not designed for off-road use.
