The 66-19180 is a heavy-duty front coil spring spacer kit designed to level the front of RAM 4WD 2500/3500 HD trucks.

Heavy-duty, laser-cut, powder-coated steel front top mount coil spring spacers
Provides 1.75" of front leveling lift
Retention bolt added to lock the spacer to the frame
Includes shock extensions to optimize shock length after leveling

*Compatibility/Installation notes: Designed for RAM 4WD 2500/3500 HD trucks. A retention bolt is included to secure the spacer to the frame, and shock extensions are provided to maintain proper shock length after leveling.
