ARB Old Man Emu MT64 Suspension Lift Kit

This tuned and matched suspension kit is designed to improve ride quality and control, load-carrying capacity, and ride height. Heavy components added to an off-road vehicle can gradually compress the suspension and cause sag; the kit’s weight-matched components are tuned to help avoid sag and ride discomfort.

The kit includes Old Man Emu MT64 shocks, engineered for demanding overlanding trips, daily commutes, and custom builds. Vehicle-specific damping is designed to deliver optimal performance across any terrain.

  • Uses a complete coilover assembly for direct bolt-in fitment and 2.5in of lift on vehicles with stock front end weight.
  • Offers adjustable front lift from 1.25–2.5in with a 6-position snap ring.
  • Uses a monotube design with a 2.8in body for more oil and accurate shock tuning.
  • Uses an aerospace-grade aluminum body that dissipates heat fifteen times faster than steel and increases protection against stone damage.
  • Uses forged body caps and rod ends to reduce weight while maintaining strength.
  • Uses digressive valving that reacts instantly to changing surface conditions to maximize performance.
  • Provides a direct replacement for stock and aftermarket lift kits.
  • Uses a hydraulic end zone top out to add padding at full shock extension and help compensate for unexpected bumps.

*Designed for the Ford F-150, this kit provides 2.5in of front lift with a weight of 0lb. Rear shocks and springs are not included.
