Old Man Emu MT64 Suspension Lift Kit

This tuned and matched suspension kit is selected to suit a vehicle’s equipment and the conditions it will encounter. Heavy components gradually compress suspension and can cause sag; matching the suspension to different load weights helps avoid sag and ride discomfort while supporting load-carrying capacity and ride height.

The kit includes MT64 shocks, engineered for demanding overlanding trips, daily commutes and custom builds. Vehicle-specific damping is designed to deliver optimal performance across any terrain.

  • Provides direct bolt-in fitment through a complete coilover assembly for vehicles with stock front-end weight.
  • Offers front lift adjustment from 1.25–2.5 in with a six-position snap ring.
  • Uses a monotube design with a massive 2.8 in body for more oil and accurate shock tuning.
  • Uses an aerospace-grade aluminum body that dissipates heat fifteen times faster than steel and increases protection against stone damage.
  • Uses forged body caps and rod ends to reduce weight while maintaining strength.
  • Applies digressive valving that reacts instantly to changing surface conditions to maximize performance.
  • Provides a direct replacement for stock and aftermarket lift kits.
  • Uses a hydraulic end zone top out to add padding at full shock extension and help compensate for unexpected bumps.

* Tuned and matched for the Ford F-150, the kit provides 2.5 in of front lift at 0 lb of front weight and 0 in of rear lift at 0 lb of rear weight. Upgraded upper control arms are included.
