The ICON 2019–2021 Ford Ranger Stage 8 suspension system is engineered to dramatically improve on- and off-road ride quality, increase wheel travel and enhance vehicle control. The system pairs vehicle-specific, extended-travel CDCV 2.5 Series coilovers with remote reservoirs, ICON-engineered coil springs, billet 6061 aluminum upper control arms with the patented Delta Joint, multi-rate leaf packs, and vehicle-specific rear piggyback reservoir shocks for a balanced, compliant ride and improved handling.

• Height-adjustable coilovers: 0–3.5" front lift range (varies with configuration)
• Extended wheel travel: Approximately 35% increase in front wheel travel over stock
• Advanced damping: CDCV technology for quick compression damping adjustment and vehicle-specific valving for balanced front-to-rear performance
• Cooling & durability: Remote reservoirs and corrosion-resistant shock bodies with 7/8" shafts
• Billet upper control arms: CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum arms that allow on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment and improved suspension geometry
• Delta Joint: Heavy-duty, high-angle joint that combines weather resistance and durability of a ball joint with the articulation of a uniball; greaseable metal-on-metal construction for longevity and quiet operation
• Rear suspension: CDCV 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir shocks and multi-rate leaf packs with three user-adjustable spring rates and an exchangeable additional leaf for higher load capacity
• Ride tuning: Foam bump stop kit increases rear compliance and smoother motion throughout the travel range
• Serviceability: Shocks are fully rebuildable and revalvable
• Compatibility: Fits 2WD and 4WD Ranger applications (see notes for specific model limitations)

The Delta Joint provides enhanced angularity without the exposure vulnerabilities of a traditional uniball. Zinc-plated housing and a robust grease seal protect internal components, while the greaseable design supports long-term, noise-free operation. ICON Delta Joint ball joints include ICON's 5-year limited warranty.

• Front lift range: 0–3.5" (varies by configuration)
• Rear lift range: 0.375–2"
• Maximum recommended tire: up to 33 x 11.25" (minor fender trimming may be required)
• Recommended wheel sizes: 17 x 8.5" (5.75" backspace / 25mm offset) and 18 x 9" (6.00" backspace / 25mm offset)
• Coilover shaft diameter: 7/8"

Notes:

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Minor trimming may be required for the recommended tire size.
• Compatible with 2019–2021 Rangers equipped with aluminum steering knuckles only.
• Ranger XLT or Lariat models equipped with the Tremor package have a front lift height range of 0–2.5" over stock.
• Not compatible with Ranger Raptor.
