ICON 2019–2021 Ford Ranger Stage 7 (Tubular) Suspension System

The ICON Stage 7 (Tubular) suspension for the 2019–2021 Ford Ranger is engineered to significantly improve on- and off-road ride quality by increasing wheel travel, damping capacity, and overall suspension control. The system pairs extended-travel 2.5 Series coilover shocks with remote reservoirs, ICON-engineered coil springs, tubular upper control arms with the patented Delta Joint, and tuned rear components to deliver predictable handling and improved compliance for a wide range of driving conditions.

• Extended-travel coilovers: Vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series coilovers with remote reservoirs for superior cooling and damping.
• Height adjustable: Front coilovers adjustable from 0–3.5 in. (0–2.5 in. on certain Tremor-equipped models) to accommodate larger tires and aggressive wheel fitment.
• ICON-engineered coil springs: Tuned springs for improved vehicle “feel” through the full range of travel.
• Tubular upper control arms: Correct front-end geometry, added caster, improved component clearance, and increased wheel travel when paired with extended-travel coilovers.
• Patented Delta Joint: Zinc-plated, greaseable high-angle joint that combines ball joint durability with uniball articulation for increased longevity and reduced noise.
• Aluminum-series rear shocks: 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir shocks with vehicle-specific valving to balance front and rear performance.
• Multi Rate Leaf Packs: Lowered primary rear spring rate for improved compliance, with an additional removable leaf for increased capacity on more heavily outfitted vehicles.
• Foam bump stop kit: Increases rear-end compliance and progressive limiting of travel.
• Replaceable components: FK rod end bearings, fully rebuildable and revalvable shocks, and direct bolt-in design for straightforward installation.
• Durability and coverage: Lifetime guarantee against ICON fabricated component and coil spring breakage or manufacturer defect; Delta Joint carries ICON's 5 year limited warranty.

Notes

• Factory wheels and tires will fit.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes include 17x8.5" with 5.75" backspace / 25mm offset and 18x9" with 6.00" backspace / 25mm offset.
• Recommended tire size up to 33x11.25"; larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications will be required.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Minor trimming required for the recommended tire size.
• Compatible with 2019–2021 Rangers equipped with aluminum steering knuckles only.
• Ranger XLT or Lariat models equipped with the Tremor package have a front lift height range of 0–2.5 in. over stock.
• Not compatible with Ranger Raptor.
• Typical ride-height ranges: Front raise 0–3.5 in. (0–2.5 in. with Tremor), rear raise approximately 0.375–2 in.
