ICON Stage 7 Suspension System — 2019–2021 Ford Ranger

ICON Stage 7 suspension system for the 2019–2021 Ford Ranger is engineered to dramatically improve on- and off-road ride quality by increasing wheel travel, damping capacity, and overall vehicle control. The system combines height-adjustable, extended-travel 2.5 Series coilover shocks with remote reservoirs, CNC-machined billet aluminum upper control arms featuring the patented Delta Joint, vehicle-specific rear shocks, and multi-rate leaf packs for a balanced, compliant ride and predictable handling.

• Height-adjustable coilovers — 0–3.5" front lift range (0–2.5" for Tremor-equipped XLT/Lariat models) to accommodate larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations.
• Extended wheel travel — up to 35% increase in front wheel travel over stock for improved articulation and control.
• Billet aluminum upper control arms — CNC-machined 6061 construction for on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment and improved suspension geometry.
• Patented Delta Joint — heavy-duty, high-angle ball joint combining ball-joint durability and weather resistance with uniball angularity; greaseable design and corrosion-resistant housing for extended longevity and quiet operation. Delta Joint ball joints carry a 5-year limited warranty.
• 2.5 Series coilovers with remote reservoirs — vehicle-specific valving, corrosion-resistant plated bodies and 7/8" shafts for superior cooling, performance, and ride quality.
• 2.5 Aluminum Series rear shocks — hard-anodized bodies with vehicle-specific valving and included foam bump stop kit to increase rear compliance.
• Multi-rate leaf packs — reduced baseline rear spring rate for smoother motion, with an extra leaf available to increase spring rate for more heavily outfitted vehicles; three user-adjustable rear spring rates.
• Serviceability and durability — shocks are fully rebuildable and revalvable; FK rod end bearings provide extended longevity and minimal deflection.
• Direct bolt-in design — engineered for straightforward installation while improving handling predictability and component clearance.

• Factory wheels and tires fitment: Yes.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes: 17x8.5" with 5.75" backspace / 25mm offset, or 18x9" with 6.00" backspace / 25mm offset.
• Recommended tire: 33x11.25" (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications will be required).
• Shocks are fully serviceable; coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Minor fender trimming required for the recommended tire size.
• Compatible only with 2019–2021 Rangers equipped with aluminum steering knuckles.
• Not compatible with Ranger Raptor.
• Front raise range: 0–3.5" (0–2.5" for Tremor-equipped XLT/Lariat models). Rear raise range: 0.375–2".
