ICON 2019–2021 Ford Ranger Stage 6 Tubular Suspension System

The ICON Stage 6 suspension for 2019–2021 Ford Ranger is engineered to dramatically improve on- and off-road ride quality by increasing wheel travel and damping capacity. The system combines extended-travel coilover technology, vehicle-specific rear shocks, ICON tubular upper control arms with the patented Delta Joint, and Multi Rate Leaf Packs to deliver improved vehicle control, ride comfort, and the ability to run larger, more aggressive tires.

• Height-adjustable 2.5 Series coilovers — extended-travel, internal reservoir design with adjustable ride height from 0–3.5".
• ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks — remote reservoir, vehicle-specific valving, anodized shock body, 5/8" shaft; tuned to balance front and rear performance.
• Tubular upper control arms with Delta Joint — zinc-plated housing, greaseable metal-on-metal construction that increases angularity and resists the elements while reducing bind.
• Multi Rate Leaf Packs — lowered rear spring rate (up to 35% lighter) for improved compliance, with an additional interchangeable leaf for higher spring rate when needed.
• Improved wheel travel — up to a 35% increase in front wheel travel over stock when paired with extended-travel coilovers.
• Durable components — FK rod end bearings for longevity and minimal deflection; shocks are fully rebuildable and revalvable.
• Direct bolt-in design — straightforward installation with ICON fabricated components backed by a lifetime guarantee against breakage or manufacturer defect.
• Delta Joint warranty — Delta Joint ball joints carry a 5-year limited warranty.

• Fitment: 2019–2021 Ford Ranger (compatible with aluminum steering knuckles)
• Front lift range: 0–3.5" (0–2.5" for Rangers with Tremor package)
• Rear lift range: 0.375"–2"
• Recommended maximum tire: Up to 33"x11.25" (minor fender trimming may be required)
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: 17x8.5" with 5.75" backspace / 25mm offset; 18x9" with 6.00" backspace / 25mm offset

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Minor trimming required for recommended tire size.
• Compatible with 2019–2021 Rangers equipped with aluminum knuckles only.
• Ranger XLT or Lariat models equipped with Tremor package have a reduced front lift height range of 0–2.5".
• Not compatible with Ranger Raptor.
