Stage 6 suspension system engineered for the 2019–2021 Ford Ranger to dramatically improve on- and off-road ride quality, increase wheel travel, and enhance vehicle control. The kit combines height-adjustable extended-travel coilovers, billet aluminum upper control arms with a sealed high-angle joint, remote reservoir rear shocks, and multi-rate leaf packs for a balanced, durable, and tunable suspension solution.

• Vehicle fit: 2019–2021 Ford Ranger (2WD & 4WD)
• Coilovers: Height-adjustable 2.5 Series coilovers with internal reservoirs; front lift adjustable from 0–3.5"
• Rear shocks: 2.0 Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks with vehicle-specific valving; foam bump stop kit included
• Upper control arms: CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum arms with on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment; replaces OE ball joint with a sealed, greaseable high-angle joint for full bump and droop travel and improved durability
• Wheel travel: Approximately 35% increase in front wheel travel over stock
• Springs: ICON-engineered coil springs and multi-rate leaf packs with an additional exchangeable leaf to increase spring rate for more heavily outfitted vehicles; rear spring rate reduced for improved compliance
• Durability & serviceability: FK rod end bearings for longevity, rebuildable and revalvable shocks, corrosion-resistant finishes on shock bodies, and direct bolt-in design for straightforward installation
• Tuning & performance: Vehicle-specific shock valving balances front-to-rear performance while allowing larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations

Notes:

• Factory wheels and tires fit: Yes.
• Recommended wheel sizes: 17x8.5 with 5.75" backspace / 25mm offset; 18x9 with 6.00" backspace / 25mm offset.
• Recommended tire size: 33x11.25" (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications may be required).
• Shocks are fully serviceable; coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Minor trimming required for recommended tire size.
• Compatible with Rangers equipped with aluminum steering knuckles only.
• Ranger XLT and Lariat models with the Tremor package have a reduced front lift range of 0–2.5" over stock; non-Tremor and aluminum-knuckle Rangers can achieve up to 0–3.5" front lift.
• Not compatible with Ranger Raptor.
• Typical height ranges: Front 0–3.5" (0–2.5" with Tremor), Rear 0.375–2"; supports up to 33x11.25" tires with minor fender trimming when used with aluminum steering knuckles.
