ICON Stage 5 Suspension System — 2019–2021 Ford Ranger

The ICON Stage 5 suspension system for 2019–2021 Ford Ranger is engineered to dramatically improve on- and off-road ride quality by increasing wheel travel and damping capability. The system combines extended-travel, vehicle-specific tuned coilover shocks with a tubular upper control arm kit and ICON’s Delta Joint to deliver superior vehicle control, predictable handling, and increased clearance for larger tires.

• Extended-travel coilovers: 2.5 Series front coilovers with remote reservoirs and vehicle-specific valving for exceptional cooling and consistent performance.
• Height adjustable: Front coilovers adjust from 0 to 3.5" of lift on stock-equipped Rangers (reduced range for some Tremor-equipped models).
• Improved wheel travel: Approximately 35% increase in front wheel travel over stock when paired with the included components.
• CDC Valve technology: Quick and easy compression damping adjustment to tune on- and off-road behavior.
• Durable shock construction: Corrosion-resistant plated bodies with 7/8" shafts on the 2.5 Series front coilovers and hard-anodized bodies on the 2.5 Aluminum Series rear shocks.
• Rebuildable and serviceable: Shocks are fully rebuildable and revalvable for long-term serviceability.
• Tubular upper control arms: Correct front-end geometry, added caster, increased suspension component clearance, and compatibility with extended-travel coilovers for additional wheel travel.
• Patented Delta Joint: Heavy-duty, high-angle joint that combines the weather resistance and durability of a ball joint with the articulation of a uniball; zinc-plated housing, grease seal, greaseable design, and metal-on-metal construction for long life and quiet operation.
• Rear valving and compliance: 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir rear shocks with vehicle-specific valving balanced to the front, plus a foam bump stop kit to increase rear compliance.
• Installation and coverage: Direct bolt-in design for straightforward installation; ICON Delta Joint carries a 5-year limited warranty and ICON fabricated components and coil springs have a lifetime guarantee against breakage or manufacturer defect.

Notes:

• Shocks are fully serviceable; coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Minor trimming is required for the recommended tire fitment.
• Compatible with 2019–2021 Rangers equipped with aluminum steering knuckles only.
• Ranger XLT or Lariat models equipped with the Tremor package have a reduced front lift range of 0–2.5" over stock.
• Not compatible with Ranger Raptor.
• Recommended maximum tire fitment: up to 33x11.25" with minor fender trimming.
• Rear maximum lift approximately 1.5".
