ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 (Tubular) Suspension System — 2019-2021 Ford Ranger

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 (Tubular) suspension system is engineered to dramatically improve on- and off-road ride quality for 2019–2021 Ford Rangers. The system increases wheel travel and damping capability with vehicle-specific tuned coilover shocks, extended travel components, and tubular upper control arms that correct front-end geometry and increase suspension articulation for predictable handling and better control.

• Vehicle-specific extended travel 2.5 Series coilovers with remote reservoirs for superior cooling and damping performance.
• Height adjustable coilovers provide a front lift range of 0–3.5" (0–2.5" on Tremor-equipped XLT/Lariat models).
• ICON-engineered coil springs tuned for improved vehicle feel throughout the travel range.
• Tubular upper control arms with corrected geometry and added caster for improved handling and increased wheel travel when paired with extended travel coilovers.
• Patented Delta Joint—a heavy-duty, high-angle joint combining ball joint durability and uniball angularity; corrosion-resistant zinc-plated housing, greaseable design, and metal-on-metal construction for long life and quiet operation.
• ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback rear shocks with vehicle-specific valving to balance front and rear performance.
• Durable construction: CAD-plated 2.5 Series coilover bodies with 7/8" shafts; hard-anodized 2.5 Aluminum Series rear shock bodies with 7/8" shafts.
• Serviceable and rebuildable shocks—shocks are fully serviceable, rebuildable, and revalveable.
• FK Rod End bearings for extended longevity and minimal deflection.

The Stage 4 tubular upper control arms and Delta Joint are designed to allow full bump and extended droop travel without binding while providing improved component clearance and corrosion resistance for daily-driven use.

Notes:

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Minor trimming required for recommended tire size; up to 33x11.25" tires may fit with minor fender trimming and/or additional modifications.
• Compatible with 2019–2021 Rangers equipped with aluminum steering knuckles only.
• Ranger XLT or Lariat models equipped with the Tremor package have a front lift height range of 0–2.5" over stock.
• Not compatible with Ranger Raptor.
• Recommended wheel sizes: 17x8.5" with 5.75" backspace / 25mm offset, or 18x9" with 6.00" backspace / 25mm offset.
• Maximum rear lift: 1.5".
