ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2019–2021 Ford Ranger Stage 3 (Tubular) Suspension System

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 3 (Tubular) suspension system for 2019–2021 Ford Ranger dramatically improves on- and off-road ride quality by increasing wheel travel and damping capability. The system features vehicle-specific extended-travel 2.5 Series coilover shocks with internal reservoirs, ICON-engineered coil springs, and a tubular upper control arm kit that corrects front-end geometry, adds caster, and improves suspension clearance. ICON Delta Joints replace the OE ball joints to allow full bump and extended droop travel while eliminating bind. ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series monotube remote reservoir rear shocks are valved to balance front-to-rear performance, and an included foam bump stop kit increases rear compliance.

• Height-adjustable coilovers: 0–3.5" of front lift (0–2.5" with Tremor package)

Notes

• Factory wheels and tires will fit.
• Recommended wheel sizes: 17x8.5" or 18x9" with approximately 25mm offset (5.75"–6.00" backspace).
• Recommended tire size up to 33x11.25"; larger tires may fit but will require fender trimming or additional modifications.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Minor trimming is required for the recommended tire size.
• Compatible with 2019–2021 Rangers equipped with aluminum steering knuckles only.
• Ranger XLT or Lariat models equipped with the Tremor package have a reduced front lift range of 0–2.5".
• Not compatible with Ranger Raptor models.
• Maximum recommended rear lift: 1.5".
