ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2019-2021 Ford Ranger Stage 3 Suspension System

The ICON Stage 3 suspension system for the 2019-2021 Ford Ranger is engineered to dramatically improve on- and off-road ride quality by increasing wheel travel and damping capability. The system features extended-travel, height-adjustable coilovers with internal reservoirs, CNC-machined billet aluminum upper control arms, a patented Delta Joint for increased angularity and durability, and vehicle-specific rear shocks to balance performance front to rear.

• Height-adjustable coilovers provide a front lift range of 0–3.5" (0–2.5" with Tremor package).
• Extended travel design yields approximately a 35% increase in front wheel travel over stock when paired with ICON upper control arms.
• 2.5 Series coilovers feature an internal reservoir and a corrosion-resistant body with a 7/8" shaft for superior cooling and durability.
• 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks are monotube remote-reservoir style with vehicle-specific valving and a 5/8" shaft.
• ICON-engineered coil springs tuned for improved vehicle feel through the full range of travel.
• CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum upper control arms allow on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment and improve suspension geometry and component clearance.

• Recommended wheel sizes: 17x8.5" (25mm offset, 5.75" backspace) or 18x9" (25mm offset, 6.00" backspace).
• Recommended tire size: 33x11.25" (larger tires may fit but fender trimming/modifications may be required).
• Maximum rear lift: 1.5".
• Corrosion-resistant finishes on shock bodies and components enhance long-term durability.

Notes:

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Minor trimming is required for the recommended tire size in some applications.
• Compatible with 2019–2021 Rangers equipped with aluminum steering knuckles only.
• Ranger XLT or Lariat models equipped with the Tremor package have a front lift height range of 0–2.5" over stock.
• Not compatible with the Ranger Raptor.
