ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2019-2021 Ford Ranger Stage 2 Tubular Suspension System

The ICON Stage 2 tubular suspension system for the 2019–2021 Ford Ranger is engineered to dramatically improve on- and off-road ride quality by increasing wheel travel and damping control. The kit combines extended-travel 2.5 Series coilover shocks with ICON-engineered coil springs, tubular upper control arms with the patented Delta Joint, and vehicle-specific rear shock tuning to deliver superior handling, articulation, and durability.

• Height-adjustable 2.5 Series coilovers: Internal reservoir design for improved cooling; adjustable 0–3.5" front lift to accommodate larger tires and wheel combinations.
• ICON-engineered coil springs: Tuned for optimized vehicle "feel" throughout the travel range.
• Tubular upper control arms: Corrected front-end geometry, added caster, improved clearance, and increased wheel travel when paired with extended-travel coilovers.

Technical Notes

• Factory wheels and tires will fit.
• Recommended wheel sizes: 17x8.5" with 5.75" backspace / 25mm offset; 18x9" with 6.00" backspace / 25mm offset.
• Recommended tire size: up to 33"x11.25" (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications will be required).
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Minor trimming required for recommended tire size.
• Compatible with 2019–2021 Rangers equipped with aluminum steering knuckles only.
• Ranger XLT or Lariat models equipped with the Tremor package have a front lift height range of 0–2.5" over stock.
• Standard front lift height range is 0–3.5" (with aluminum knuckles and without the Tremor package).
• Not compatible with Ranger Raptor.
• Maximum recommended rear lift: 1.5".
