ICON 2021-2025 Ford F-150 Tremor Stage 4 Suspension System

The ICON Stage 4 suspension system for the 2021-2025 Ford F-150 Tremor is engineered to increase wheel travel and improve damping for superior on- and off-road control and ride quality. This kit features vehicle-specific 2.5" coilover shocks with CDCV-equipped remote reservoirs, height adjustability, and reinforced upper control arms with ICON's Delta Joint PRO for enhanced strength and articulation.

• Vehicle-specific 2.5" coilover shocks with CDCV remote reservoirs for improved shock cooling and valving tuned to the F-150 Tremor.
• Front wheel travel increased by 20% over stock for improved suspension articulation and ride quality.
• Height adjustable coilovers provide approximately 2.5"–3" of front lift to accommodate larger wheel and tire combinations.
• Delta Joint PRO tubular upper control arms add strength, durability, increased caster range, and retain factory alignment specs while allowing extra lift height.
• 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV piggyback rear shocks with vehicle-specific valving to balance front and rear performance and improve heat dissipation.
• Externally adjustable CDC Valves offering 10 settings of compression damping adjustment, from soft to firm.
• Corrosion-resistant coatings and high-quality materials: CAD-plated coilover bodies, 7/8" shafts, CNC-machined 6061 aluminum components, and a high-strength alloy lower bar pin.
• Bolt-on installation: 100% bolt-on system with no cutting or welding required.

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated assume a stock-equipped vehicle.
• ICON Delta Joint PRO upper control arms are required.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• Only compatible with OEM steering knuckles; do not install with aftermarket steering knuckles.
• Only fits Ford F-150 Tremor (2021–2025).
• Included rear shocks are compatible with 0–2" of rear lift (2" maximum rear lift).
• Front lift: raises front approximately 2.5"–3".
• OEM wheel and tire fitment: not compatible with all factory wheel/tire combinations; aftermarket wheels with lower offset/less backspace are recommended.
• Recommended wheel/tire clearances and sizes: 17x8.5" (5.00" backspace / 6mm offset), 18x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset), 20x9" (5.625" backspace / 16mm offset). Maximum recommended tire: 34 x 12.50 (larger tires may require fender trimming or modifications).
