ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2021-2025 Ford F-150 Tremor Stage 3 Suspension System

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 3 suspension system for the 2021-2025 Ford F-150 Tremor is engineered to increase wheel travel and damping capacity for superior vehicle control and ride quality on- and off-road. This kit features Tremor-specific 2.5" coilover shocks with remote reservoirs, height adjustability, and reinforced suspension components to support larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations.

• Adjustable Tremor-specific 2.5" coilovers — height adjustable for approximately 2.5–3" of front lift over stock and tuned for a 20% increase in front wheel travel.
• Remote reservoir design on front coilovers for improved shock cooling and consistent damping under sustained use.
• Tubular upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO — durable, serviceable articulation joint that increases caster, retains factory alignment range, and allows the additional lift height.
• 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback rear shocks — vehicle-specific valving, increased damping, 7/8" hardened chromed steel shafts, and improved heat dissipation.
• Corrosion-resistant CAD-plated shock bodies with 7/8" shafts for front and rear.
• High-quality machined components — 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC machined parts and a high-strength alloy CNC machined lower bar pin.
• Rod end bearings for extended longevity and minimal deflection.
• 100% bolt-on installation — no cutting or welding required.

Delta Joint PRO details: The Delta Joint PRO combines the durability of factory-style ball joints with enhanced performance and strength. It features a rebuildable, serviceable design, increased bearing surface, improved lubrication sealing, and a full range of articulation for bind-free suspension movement. Components are engineered for durability under demanding use.

Notes:

• Not compatible with all OEM wheel/tire combinations; wheels with lower offset and less backspace are recommended for proper fitment.
• Recommended wheel sizes/backspace/offset examples: 17x8.5 with 5.0" backspace / 6mm offset; 18x9 with 5.25" backspace / 6mm offset; 20x9 with 5.625" backspace / 16mm offset.
• Recommended tire size: up to 34" x 12.50". Larger tires may fit but may require fender trimming or additional modifications.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Delta Joint PRO upper control arms are required.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Only compatible with OE steering knuckles; do not install with aftermarket steering knuckles.
• Fits only Ford F-150 Tremor models (2021–2025).
• Included rear shocks are compatible with 0–2" of rear lift (maximum rear lift: 2").
