ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2021-2025 Ford F-150 Tremor

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 1 suspension system for 2021-2025 Ford F-150 Tremor trucks is engineered to increase wheel travel and damping capability for superior vehicle control and ride quality on- and off-road. The kit features vehicle-specific tuned 2.5" coilover shocks in a Tremor-specific length delivering a 20% increase in front wheel travel over stock, plus height adjustability to provide 2.5–3" of front lift to accommodate larger wheel and tire combinations. Tubular upper control arms with ICON's Delta Joint PRO maintain alignment range and add strength for the extra lift. ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series monotube rear shocks are valved to balance front and rear performance.

• Adjustable coilovers: 2.5" coilover shocks with internal reservoirs for improved cooling and ICON-engineered springs; height adjustable for 2.5–3" of front lift.
• Increased wheel travel: Approximately 20% more front wheel travel versus stock for improved ride and control.
• Delta Joint PRO upper control arms: Tubular arms with ICON’s patented Delta Joint PRO—rebuildable design, larger ball with 56% more bearing surface, full 90° articulation (≈14% more range), chromoly ball and shaft hardened to Rockwell C55, and replaceable graphite-impregnated sintered metal races.
• Rear damping: ICON 2.0 aluminum-body monotube rear IFP shocks with vehicle-specific valving and 5/8" hardened chromed steel shafts.
• Durable components: Corrosion-resistant CAD-plated coilover bodies with 7/8" shafts, FK rod end bearings for longevity, high-strength alloy CNC-machined lower bar pin, and 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC components.
• Installation: 100% bolt-on system — no drilling, cutting, or welding required.
• Serviceability: Shocks are fully serviceable; Delta Joint PRO is rebuildable and serviceable without replacing the entire joint.

• Not compatible with all OE wheel/tire combinations; wheels with lower offset/less backspace are recommended for some setups.
• Fitment supports up to 34" x 12.50" tires; larger tires may require fender trimming and other modifications.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• ICON Delta Joint PRO upper control arms are required.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Only compatible with OE steering knuckles; do not install with aftermarket steering knuckles.
• Only fits F-150 Tremor models.
• Included rear shocks are compatible with 0–1" of rear lift over stock (1" maximum rear lift).
• Front lift range: approximately 2.5–3".
• For aftermarket wheels, a 6 mm offset is commonly recommended for proper fitment with this kit.
