ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2021-2025 Ford F-150 Tremor Stage 1 Suspension System

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 1 suspension system for the 2021-2025 Ford F-150 Tremor is engineered to increase wheel travel and damping performance for superior vehicle control and ride quality on- and off-road. This vehicle-specific system includes tuned 2.5" coilover shocks in a Tremor-specific length that deliver a 20% increase in front wheel travel over stock. Coilovers feature internal reservoirs and ICON-engineered springs, and are height adjustable to provide 2.5–3" of front lift to accommodate larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations.

The system includes billet aluminum upper control arms with ICON's patented Delta Joint PRO. The Delta Joint PRO combines factory-style durability with motorsports-level performance: it is rebuildable and serviceable, uses a larger ball with increased bearing surface, offers improved articulation (full 90° of travel, a 14% increase over the original), and features a hardened chromoly ball and shaft with replaceable graphite-impregnated races and optimized lubrication channels for long life and consistent performance.

Notes:

• Only fits Ford F-150 Tremor (2021–2025).
• Not compatible with models equipped with OnBoard Scales.
• Only compatible with OE steering knuckles; do not install with aftermarket steering knuckles.
• Vehicles equipped with dynamic bending or auto-leveling headlamps require purchase of part number 611071.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• OEM wheel and tire fitment is not compatible with all factory combinations; aftermarket wheels with lower offset and less backspace are recommended.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes and offsets:
  • 17x8.5" with ~5.0" backspace / 6 mm offset
  • 18x9" with ~5.25" backspace / 6 mm offset
  • 20x9" with ~5.625" backspace / 16 mm offset
• Recommended tire size up to 34" x 12.50"; larger tires may fit but may require fender trimming or other modifications.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Included rear shocks are compatible with up to 1" of rear lift over stock (maximum 1" rear lift).
• Delta Joint PRO upper control arms are included and required for this system.
