ICON Vehicle Dynamics

Stage 5 suspension system engineered to increase wheel travel, damping capability and overall vehicle control and ride quality both on- and off-road. Designed as a Tremor-style conversion for 2021–2025 F-150 4WD applications, the system combines vehicle-specific tuned coilovers, remote reservoirs, Delta Joint PRO upper control arms and multi-rate rear leaf springs for customizable ride and improved durability.

• High-strength CNC machined ductile iron steering knuckles replicate Tremor suspension geometry.
• 2.5" vehicle-specific front coilovers with CDEV-equipped remote reservoirs for improved cooling and damping; height adjustable for increased front lift.
• Front lift range (typical): 3.5–4.5" over stock; varies by powertrain — PowerBoost hybrid: 3.25–4.25"; Power‑Stroke diesel: 3–4".
• 20% increase in front wheel travel compared to other ICON F-150 coilover kits.
• Tubular Delta Joint PRO upper control arms retain factory alignment range, increase caster and allow the additional lift height.
• 2.5 Aluminum Series CDEV piggyback rear shocks with vehicle-specific valving for improved damping and heat dissipation.
• ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) with CDEV actively adjusts compression damping using onboard sensors; wireless configuration via mobile app.
• Multi-rate leaf springs provide three user-adjustable rear spring rates for ride-height and rate tuning; reduce axle wrap compared to factory leafs.
• Billet aluminum 1" lowering shackles with maintenance-free OE-style bushings.
• Durable components: corrosion-resistant CAD-plated coilover bodies, 7/8" shafts, FK rod-end bearings, CNC-machined 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum hardware.

Delta Joint PRO details

• Rebuildable, serviceable design — individual components can be inspected and replaced without replacing the entire joint.
• Improved strength and longevity with a larger ball providing 56% more bearing surface and a chromoly ball/shaft hardened to Rockwell C55.
• Enhanced articulation — full 90° of articulation for bind-free suspension movement (approximately 14% more range than the original Delta Joint).
• Precision replaceable races made of graphite-impregnated sintered metal for a tight metal-to-metal bearing interface, and improved lubrication channels and sealing.

Multi-rate rear spring options

• Option 1 (as shipped): +1.50" rear lift over stock (unloaded).
• Option 2: +2.75" rear lift over stock (unloaded); with 400 lb constant load provides +1.50" rear lift; offers ~20% higher spring rate compared to Option 1.

Notes

• Only fits 4WD models.
• Will not fit F-150 Raptor.
• Will not work with factory-installed electronically controlled suspension.
• ICON Delta Joint PRO upper control arms are required for this kit.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Rear springs can be configured to provide approximately 1.5"–3.5" of rear lift or to tune ride height to compensate for added static weight.
• Reduction in rear spring rate may reduce accuracy of onboard scales, if equipped.
• Vehicles with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or OnBoard Scales may require part number 611081.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) app requires an iOS‑operated device to configure the system.
• With recommended wheel/tire fitment: supports up to 34" x 12.50" tires; aftermarket wheels with lower offset/less backspace are typically required (recommended offset ~6 mm).
