ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 Suspension System — 2021-2025 Ford F-150 4WD

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 suspension system is engineered to maximize wheel travel, damping capacity, and overall vehicle control for on- and off-road driving. The kit replicates F-150 Tremor suspension geometry with high-strength CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and includes vehicle-tuned 2.5" coilover shocks with CDEV-equipped remote reservoirs and ICON-engineered coil springs. Coilovers are height adjustable for improved clearance and larger tire fitment. Tubular Delta Joint PRO upper control arms retain alignment range and increase caster, while ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) continuously monitors chassis movement and adjusts compression damping via CDEV valves. The result is enhanced ride quality, increased wheel travel, and superior vehicle control across varied terrain.

• Will not fit F-150 Raptor.
• Not compatible with factory-installed electronically controlled suspension.
• ICON Delta Joint PRO upper control arms are required.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Models equipped with PowerBoost hybrid engines will have a front lift range of approximately 3.25"–4.25" over stock.
• Models equipped with PowerStroke diesel engines will have a front lift range of approximately 3.0"–4.0" over stock.
• Included rear shocks are compatible with approximately 0"–2" of rear lift on most models (maximum 2" rear lift).
• OEM wheels and tires may not fit all combinations; aftermarket wheels with lower offset/less backspace are recommended. Typical recommended tire size up to 34" x 12.50"; larger tires may require fender trimming or additional modifications.
• After install, recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is required.
• An iOS device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) app.
