ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 suspension system for 2021–2025 Ford F-150 4WD is engineered to maximize wheel travel, damping performance and overall vehicle control on- and off-road. The system replicates Tremor suspension geometry with high-strength CNC machined ductile iron steering knuckles and pairs vehicle-specific tuned 2.5" coilover shocks with remote reservoirs and ICON-engineered coil springs for superior ride feel and cooling. Front coilovers are adjustable to accommodate larger wheel and tire combinations and increase wheel travel versus other kits. The rear system uses ICON Multi-Rate leaf springs and 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir shocks to reduce axle wrap and improve ride quality while billet aluminum lowering shackles retain proper rear ride height.

The kit includes billet aluminum Delta Joint PRO upper control arms. Delta Joint PRO is a rebuildable, serviceable articulation joint that combines factory-style durability with motorsports-level strength, increased bearing surface and improved lubrication sealing for long life and bind-free articulation through an extended range of motion.

• Option 1: +1.50" rear lift height over stock (unloaded).
• Option 2: +20% spring rate over Option 1; +2.75" rear lift height over stock (unloaded); +1.50" rear lift with 400 lb constant load.
• Option 3: +40% spring rate over Option 1.

• High-strength steering knuckles: CNC machined ductile iron knuckles that replicate Tremor suspension geometry for increased wheel travel and improved control.
• Adjustable front coilovers: 2.5" coilovers with remote reservoirs and CDEV technology; adjustable front lift to suit larger tires and wheel/tire fitment.
• CDEV and ICON Intelligent Control (IIC): Compression Damping Electronic Valve allows in-vehicle adjustment and active damping changes via the ICON Intelligent Control system.
• Billet upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO: Strength, durability, on-vehicle caster/camber adjustment and alignment range retention.
• Rear shocks and springs: 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir rear shocks with vehicle-specific valving and multi-rate leaf springs for tunable rear ride height and reduced axle wrap.
• Materials and construction: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC components, corrosion-resistant shock bodies, hardened shafts and heavy-duty hardware for durability.
• Serviceability: Shocks and Delta Joint PRO are serviceable and rebuildable for long-term maintenance.

Notes

• Compatibility: Only fits 4WD models; will not fit F-150 Raptor.
• Not compatible with factory-installed electronically controlled suspension or models equipped with OnBoard Scales.
• Front lift range varies by powertrain and configuration: typical adjustable ranges from approximately 3.25"–4.5" depending on engine and options; rear lift configurable between 1.5"–3.5".
• Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle; shocks are fully serviceable.
• Recommended wheel offsets and tire sizes: aftermarket wheels with lower offset/less backspace are recommended; common recommendations include 17x8.5" (approx. 5" backspace / 6mm offset), 18x9" (approx. 5.25" backspace / 6mm offset) and 20x9" (approx. 5.625" backspace / 16mm offset). Tire fitment up to 34" x 12.50"; larger tires may require fender trimming or additional modifications.
• Rear springs can be configured to tune spring rate and ride height to compensate for added static weight in the rear of the vehicle.
• Installation considerations: Delta Joint PRO upper control arms are required with this system; Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) recalibration is required after installation.
• ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) app is used for system setup and control; an iOS-operated device is required to run the app.
• Powertrain-specific note: models with PowerBoost hybrid or Power Stroke diesel engines may have slightly different front lift ranges — confirm fitment for your specific vehicle.
